摘要
研究免耕施肥对玉米灌浆期、大豆鼓粒期叶片过氧化作用和脯氨酸含量的影响,为黄土丘陵旱作农区确定合理的耕作施肥方式提供叶片生理方面的科学依据。试验在陕西安塞黄土丘陵旱作农区的田间小区进行,分析了传统翻耕化肥(CF)、翻耕有机肥(CM)、翻耕无肥(CN);免耕化肥(NF)、免耕有机肥(NM)、免耕无肥(NN)6种处理对玉米灌浆期、大豆鼓粒期叶片POD活性、MDA、Pro和叶绿素含量的影响。免耕玉米POD活性小于翻耕,免耕大豆与传统翻耕无显著差异,免耕方式NN、NM和NF对其MDA、Pro和叶绿素含量的影响均表现为差异显著。具体为免耕措施下玉米灌浆期、大豆鼓粒期叶片中MDA含量均低于翻耕,叶绿素含量高于翻耕,免耕玉米Pro含量高于翻耕;但免耕大豆Pro含量小于翻耕,其中免耕措施下玉米NM、大豆NF表现最优。在黄土丘陵旱作农区实施免耕能减缓玉米灌浆期、大豆鼓粒期叶片膜脂过氧化程度,提高叶绿素含量,延缓叶片衰老,增强抗旱能力。
According to field plot experiment in Shanxi Ansai, this paper takes a research on effect leaves' POD activity, MDA, Pro contents and Chlorophyll content, the treatments includes plow tillage with chemical fertilizer (CF), plow tillage with organic fertilizer( CM), plow tillage without fertilizer( CN), no -tillage with organic fertil- izer ( NF ) , no - tillage with organic fertilizer ( NM ) , no - tillage without fertilizer ( NN ) , in maize grain filling stage and in soybean seed filling stage in loess hilly dry farming areas. The results show: POD activity of maize in no - tillage treatments is lower than plow tillage, POD activity of soybean in no - tillage treatments have no significant differences. NN, NM and NF all have significant differences with MDA contents, Pro contents and chlorophyll content. Specific as : in no - tillage treatments, both maize and soybean leaves' MDA contents are lower than plow tillage, Chlorophyll content higher than tilling. Pro contents of maize in no - tillage treatments is higher than plow tillage ; but Pro contents of soybean in no - tillage treatments is lower than plow tillage, maize in no - tillage and soybean in no- tillage with organic treatments is best. Summarization above physiologic characters, the implement of no - tillage in loess hilly dry farming areas can slow membrane lipid peroxidation, increase chlorophyll content, delay leaf- senescence, raise up the drought resistance.
