摘要
[目的]研究城区居民家庭护理需求状况。[方法]采用分层随机抽样在邯郸市3个行政区抽取1000个家庭作为调查对象进行问卷调查,采用χ2检验和百分比描述法进行统计学分析。[结果]城区居民对本课题调查项目均有需求,需求程度依次为:生活护理、治疗和健康促进、心理护理和康复护理。[结论]家庭护理是今后社区护理发展的重要内容。
[Objective] To investigate the requirement status of home nursing of urban residents. [Methods] 1000 families in three districts of Handan were selected to issue questionnaires by stratified random sampling method, and chi-square test and percentage description were performed to analyze. [ Results] The urban residents had requirement for all the items of this study, whose the degrees of requirement were as follows： living care, treatment, health promotion, mental nursing and rehabilitation nursing. [Conclusion] Home nursing service would be an important part of the development of the community nursing services.
