连台手术中室内空气质量的监测与研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探讨连台手术中室内空气微生物的污染情况及对连台手术前对臭氧空气消毒机消毒的相对湿度与作用时间,及消毒效果进行分析。[方法]对手术室内空气进行手术前、手术中、手术结束时、常规连台手术中(对照组)及第1台手术结束后经臭氧空气消毒机消毒后的连台手术(实验组),随机抽取592份样本进行对比监测分析。[结果]第1台手术中室内空气微生物含量平均合格率为96.3%,常规连台手术中(对照组)微生物含量平均合格率为76.71%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.71,P﹤0.05);实验组连台手术中微生物含量平均合格率为94.18%,与对照组连台手术中微生物含量平均合格相比较,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.82,P﹤0.05)。臭氧空气消毒机消毒的最佳空气湿度为80%~85%,消毒时间为15~20min。[结论]连台手术前行臭氧空气消毒机消毒为急诊手术和连台手术病人争取了时间,值得推广。 [ Objective] To explore the pollution situation of microbe in the air of unremitting operation and the disinfection effect, the relative humidity degree and the effective time of ozone sterilizing machine before unremitting operation. [ Methods] Air quality before, during and after the unremitting operation were monitored in the routine unremitting operation room (control group) and operation room sterilized with ozone air sterilization after the first operation (experimental group), and compared between them. 592 samples were randomized collected and compared. [ Results] The qualified rate of air microbe in operation for the first operation was 96.3%, for routine unremitting operation was 76.71%, there was significant difference between them (Χ^2 = 5.71, P 〈 0.05). The average qualified rate of microbiotic content in the air of unremitting operating room (experimental group) was 94.18%. There was significant difference compared with the routine unremitting operation (control group). The best humidity degree for ozone sterilizing machine was at the range of 80% to 85%, the disinfection time was at the range of 15 minutes to 20 minutes. [Conclusion] Time has been saved for patients of emergent and unremitting operation by ozone sterilizing machine, which is worth of popularizing.
