梯级水电站多Agent协同管理模式及交互协作策略

摘要 分析了梯级水电站的制约因素和协同管理等问题,提出梯级水电站协同管理模式指导下的梯级水电站群决策支持系统(GDSS)协同管理方法,并对基于多Agent技术的GDSS系统架构,Agent模块功能等进行详细设计.分析了梯级水电站交互协作问题,设计了GDSS采用初步筛选策略的合同网协议的任务调度招标、投标、中标以及流标与重投标过程. This paper analyzed the management model of cascaded hydropower stations,and the restraint factor and the cooperative problem based on it,and brings forward a synergetic management method which is cascaded hydropower stations GDSS based on the technology of Multiple Agent,and a particular design for the framework of GDSS and functional module of Agent.And it analyzed the interactive and cooperative problem of cascaded hydropower stations,designed a process of inviting bidding,bidding,awarding,failed bidding and next bidding based on contracting net model adopted preliminary sieving.
