摘要
真丝针织物采用尿氧一步法精练工艺,通过对工艺条件进行试验,结果是当尿素为9g/L、H_2O_2为8g/L、Na_2SiO_3为4g/L时,效果最佳,除毛效外,其练减率、白度、强力均优于传统工艺。加入分散剂WA 0.5g/L,织物毛效有所改善。
The best condition of urea/H2O2 degumming for silk knitted fabric in one step are urea 9g/L, H2O2 8g/L, and Na,SiO3 4g/L. The degumming loss rate, whiteness and strength are superior to traditional process except capillary effect. Addition of disperse agent WA 0.5g/L will contribute to better capillary effect.
