摘要
本研究以上海电视大学黄浦区经贸分校2006-2008年的入学新生为对象,采用问卷调查法、访谈法跟踪新生学习者的特征及其变化,从人口特征、职业状态、原有认知结构、学习动机、学习期望、学习条件等方面进行分析,总结成人学习者的特征变化并提出相关建议。
The paper surveyed the beginning learners in Huangpu trade branch of Shanghai TV University from 2006 to 2008. The questionnaire included demographic characteristics, occupational status, the original learning structure, learning motivation, learning expectations and learning conditions. According to the results, the author summarized characteristics of adult learners and provided recommendations.
