摘要
电机节能问题一直是研究的热点,在电机节能技术中最受瞩目的是变频调速技术。依据矢量控制原理对异步电机变频调速系统进行研究与设计。以TMS320LF2407A型DSP芯片为控制电路核心,以PM25RSB-120型IPM为主电路核心。软件设计时,用汇编语言编写基于TMS320LF2407A型DSP的三相异步电动机矢量控制程序。实验结果表明,整个系统的动态响应快,超调量小,稳态精度高。
Economizing energy on motor system has always being the heat studies for scholars,and the variable voltage variable frequency(VVVF) technology, has been paid the focus attention among the studies.The VVVF system is designed and researched according to vector control principle for asynchronous motor.ln hardware,the PM25RSB-120 IPM of MITSUBISHI & TMS320LF2407A DSP of TI are taken as the key controller of the main circuit and control circuit.ln software, a set of assembly language for vector control has been established based on TMS320LF2407A.The experimental results show that the whole system runs well with quick dynamic response, small overshoots and high accuracy of steady-state.
