国企改制后员工国企情结转变初探

摘要 国有企业改制已经历了二十六年的风风雨雨,这是一场制度变革也是一场深刻的心理革命。改制后有些员工国企意识依然很浓,无法脱离原来的国企情结。本文就这个现象进行了分析和总结,最后从思想教育和企业文化构建两个方向进行了分析,以期指导实践。
