摘要
自从中国对外开放以来,中外合资企业在中国的国民经济中发挥越来越重要的作用,但是,由于种种原因。在这些企业的发展过程中存在着许多问题。我们对中外合资企业的组织领导体制进行了许多调查和研究,通过对中外合资企业的组织领导体制与国际通用的企业组织领导体制进行比较,指出了两者之间的不同点以及中外合资企业在实际运行中的不足之处,在这些分析基础之上,提出了如何改进的想法以供大家探讨。
Since China's opening to the outside world , Sino-foreign joint ventures have been playing a more and more important role in China's national economy. However, for various reasons, numbers of problems arise in the development of these enterprises. The three of us carried out an investigation and research into the organization system of the Sino-foreign joint ventures. Through a comparison between the present organization system of these enterprise and the standard modern enterprise organization system, some deficiencies are pointed out in relation to the organization system, exercise of power of the Sino-foreign joint ventures. Based on the analysis, some proposals are put forward as to how to improve the problems in discussion.
