Repair of thumb cutting surfaces by island flaps

目的探讨修复拇指创面的安全、简便和可靠方法。方法采用四种岛状皮瓣六种术式修复拇指创面29例。结果29例41块皮瓣全部成活,皮瓣色泽、质地、厚薄及感觉恢复好,被修复的拇指功能满意。结论岛状皮瓣修复拇指避免了传统带蒂皮瓣及游离皮瓣移植的不足并汲取各自主要优点,操作简单,成功率高,疗效明显;选择适当的岛状皮瓣与术式,可基本满足拇指各部位创面的修复需求。

Objective To investigate the methods which is safe, reliable and simple for repair of the thumb injury.Methods Four kinds of island flaps and 6 operative methods was carried in 29 patients for the reconstruction of thumb injuries.Results Fourty-one flaps of 29 patients were survived. The external appearance quality and feeling recovered well. The thumb obtained good function.Conclusion With easy procedue and reliable clinical effect of the island flaps for repair of the thumlo injury, it can meet the needs for the repair of thumb wound.
