Exception handling is an important mechanism of Jave language. It is very important for the reliability and robustness of program. This paper introduces the design and realization of an exception handling framwork --TSEHF（Test System Exception Handling Framwork）for the potential exception in distributed multilayer mixed model on - line testing system.
