摘要
对高温MoSi2发热元件碳化失效行为进行了研究,用XRD、SEM和电子探针对MoSi2发热元件碳化前后的物相构成、组织结构和断口形貌进行了分析比对.结果表明,经渗碳处理后的二硅化钼电热元件表层已经和CO2发生了反应,生成了较多的Mo2C,使得渗层组织变得非常疏松.因此,MoSi2发热元件不适宜在易造成碳化的气氛中使用.
In this paper, the carbonization failure of high- temperature MoSi2 heating elements is studied. By using XRD, SEM and electron probe, the phase composition, organizational structure and fracture surface before and after the carbonization is compared and analyzed. The results show that the surface of MoSi2 electric components generates more Mo2C under a response to Co2, and makes layer organizations very loose .Therefore, MoSi2 heating dements are not suitable in the atmosphere where carbonization takes place easily.
