纳兰性德是清朝康熙年间中国词坛上具有婉约派风格的少数民族词人。他生于钟鸣鼎盛之家,轻富贵,重情义,个性率真。王国维评论他的词"以自然之眼观物,以自然之舌言情"。他的词作清新隽秀,自然超逸,哀婉动人,被认为和南唐后主李煜的词风格接近,是婉约词风的继承者,具有很高的艺术欣赏价值。

Nalanxingde, whose poetry style belongs to the school of gracefulness and subtleties, is a poet of minorities living in the Kangxi years. Although he was born in a stately mansion, he cared little about wealth. Instead, he valued the affection and was of forthright and sincere personality. According to the review of Wang Guowei, his poet＂watches the world from the eye of nature, and speaks the feeling with the tongue of nature＂. With the fresh, delicate and poignant style, Nalanxingde is considered to be similar to the style of Li Yu, the last emperor of the South Tang dynasty. He was the inheritor to the style of gracefulness and subtleties. His works have great artistic value.
