毛细管气相色谱法同时测定马来酸氯苯那敏中5种有机溶剂的残留量 被引量:4

摘要 采用毛细管气相色谱法,测定了马来酸氯苯那敏中四氢呋喃、苯、甲苯、1,4-二氧六环和吡啶的含量,在选定的色谱条件下,测得各有机溶剂的线性良好(r〉0.99),平均回收率为96.65%-101.36%,RSD为0.89%~2.95%,最低检出限为1.36~2.37μg·mL^-1,3批样品中5种有机溶剂的残留量均符合要求.经方法学试验验证,该方法灵敏、准确、可靠,适用于本品有机溶剂残留量的测定. The residual contents of the tetrahydrofuran, benzene, toluene, 1,4-dioxane and pyridine in Chlorphenamine Maleate were measured by Capillary gas chromatography. Under the conditions of selected chromatography, the results show that the average recoveries were 96.65% - 101.36% with RSD of 0.89% - 2.95%, the limit of detection was 1.36 -2. 37μg·mL^-1. The contents of the five residual organic solvents in three hatches of samples all measure up the standard requirements. The method was proved to be accurate, sensitive and reliable. It is suitable for the test analysis of the five kinds of solvents.
