超高相对分子质量丙烯腈-马来酸酐共聚物超滤膜的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用超高相对分子质量的丙烯腈-马来酸酐共聚物制得平板超滤膜,并考察了预蒸发时间,共聚物浓度、铸膜液温度等工艺条件对膜结构和性能的影响。结果表明,上述诸因素对超滤膜的结构和性能有明显的影响,可通过改变上述参数在很大程度上调节膜的形态结构,从而使膜具有一系列的性能,为制造聚丙烯腈共聚物超滤膜提供参考。 The ultrafiltration membrane of ultra-high relative molecular mass poly (acrylonitrile-co-maleic anhydride) has been first prepared. The effects of pre-evaporation time, copolymer concentration and temperature of casting solution on structure and performance of the copolymer membrane have been investigated. Experimental results show that when pre-evaporation time is 40 seconds, water flux, average radius, clearances of creatinine and urea of membrane reach the maxima, while rejection dropped to the minimum. Only rejection is increased as the copolymer concentration is increased. The temperature of casting solution affects water flux evidently, and the tensile strength of the plate membrane may reach 73.4l05Pa.
