摘要
通过建立理想的空压机模型,对压缩机进口分别采用干、湿空气时所消耗的功率进行了比较分析,研究结果表明:相同条件下湿空气功耗大于干空气,相对湿度越高,压缩能耗的浪费就越大。最后提出了除湿节能的基本措施。
The model of air-compressor was erected, and the power consumption of compressor inlet under the condition of dry air was compared with that of wet air. The result indicates that under the same condition, the consumption of wet air was more than that of dry air. In addition, the higher the relative humidity, the greater the waste of compressed energy consumption. Furthermore, the basic measures were put forward for removing humid and saving energy.
