摘要
随着我国药品零售业竞争的升级,会员制作为一种新的竞争手段正在被越来越多的药店采用。如何利用药店会员管理系统对会员资料进行有效的管理,为会员提供个性化的有针对性的专业服务以及为药店的经营决策提供可靠实用的数据分析正是本文重点研究与探讨的问题。
As the development of our country's medicine retail production competition, the member'mechanism is being adopted by more and more pharmacies as a new competition method. How to use a pharmacy member management system to manage leaguer's information effectively, provide personalized targeted and professional services for our members, and provide reliable data for analysis in making some effective decision tofare pharmacies, are the focus of research and discussion problems in this paper.
