摘要
文章结合国际公约和IMO指南,分析了船长在生产实践中如何遵守国际公约和国内法规,采取措施防止船员疲劳值班、疲劳操作,减小人为失误对安全的影响。
Referring to the STCW78/95, ILO convention and the IMO guidance on fatigue mitigation and management, this paper proposes measures which the captains should take to prevent fatigue related accident from occurring.
