对“80后”大学生德育工作的思考

摘要 在当前的中国高校校园,80年代后即改革开放后出生的青年是大学生中的绝对主体。他们的价值观,生活态度,行为方式早已有别于任何其他时代的青年,呈现出个性化,自由化,多元化的突出特点。因此,以"80后"大学生为主体的德育工作,应尝试对这一族群进行深入了解,并积极探索对策,建立以价值重塑为核心的培养机制,完成对当代大学生德、智、体、美各方面的教育和引导。 In universities of present China, students born after 1980, when the reform and opening-up was taking place in China, are absolute mainstay. Their values, attitude and behavior, which are individual, liberalized and diversified, are very different from young people in any other era. Therefore, the main work of the moral education for "post-80s" university students is to get on value remodeli moral education, a deep understanding of them ng , so as to direct the college intellectual education, physical , and establish a training mechanism based students to the right way through efficient education and artistic education.
