前言·工作总结 由《中国光通信最具竞争力企业10强》评审委员会研究开发的“年度中国光通信最具竞争力企业10强监测体系”于2007年发布了首期监测结果，在此基础上形成的研究成果《中同光通信最具竞争力企业10强竞争力报告（2007）》出版后获得了广泛的反响和良好的业界评价。本报告是在该监测体系2008年的监测结果基础上形成的研究报告。

Preface · Working Summary ＂Monitoring system of the most competitive top 10 enterprises in the optical communications of China＂, which was developed by the Vetting Committee of ＂The top 10 most competitive enterprises in the optical communications field of China＂, issued the first monitoring results in 2007. On the basis of this research, ＂The competitive report on ＇The top 10 most competitive enterprises in the optical communications of China （2007） ＇＂won a wide range of reactions and a good evaluation of the industry after published. The present report is a research based on the monitoring results of the system in 2008. Committee members of selection group of ＂The top 10 most competitive enterprises in the optical communications field of China＂, are responsible for construction and management of the project database, assistance for experts, designs for the surveys, statistical methods of data, and the promotion and application of the projects.
