摘要
如何在科学发展观的指导下,将科学发展观"以人为本"、"全面协调可持续"、"统筹兼顾"、"和谐发展"的思想体系和方法应用于物业管理领域,对促进物业管理行业长期、全面、持续和协调发展具有重要意义。文章就科学发展观对物业管理发展的指导作用,以及如何运用科学发展观促进物业管理发展,作一简要探讨。
It is of vital importance to apply to property management such ideas in the scientific concept of development as people-oriented, comprehensive, sustainable, overall and harmonious development. Such systemic development ideas will enhance the long term, comprehensive, sustainable and harmonious development of property management. This paper offers a brief analysis of the guiding function of scientific concept of development and ways of its application in property management.
