摘要
大学教师主体性的积极表达和创造性的无限勃发,对大学教育教学活动的高效有序开展和大学的存在与发展具有重要意义。让大学教师生活在学术自由和教学自由的宽松环境中,让大学教师有本职工作内在价值与人生价值密切相关的切身体认,让大学教师有研究创造的自主工作权和自由流动权,让大学教师有信息对等、渠道畅通的沟通机制,让大学教师在良好的治理结构中通过外部竞争过程获得满足感和成就感,是保证大学教师创造力勃发的前提条件。
It is of important significance to the effective and orderly activities of a university and to its existence and development if its faculty can have an active role for their subjectivity and creativity. To ensure this goal, the following conditions shall be satisfied: a free and relaxing academic environment; a keen awareness on the part of the faculty of the values related with their job and life; freedom to choose what they would like to research and create; a mechanism that provides a smooth feedback of information. All this will enable the teachers to achieve a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction through competition under a benign administration.
