Analysis of Two News Reports from the Perspective of CDA

批评性语篇以大众语篇为其主要分析对象,试图揭示语篇背后的意识形态意义。从分类、及物性、转换等方面对同一事件的两则不同新闻报道进行分析,有助于揭示两家媒体是如何操纵语言资源来引导人们对于事件的不同解读,从而树立读者解读新闻语篇的批评意识。

This article draws CDA as an analytical framework to compare the different ideological stances. The analysis of the two news reports on the same event through the analysis of classification system, transitivity, transformation shows clearly the process of strategic use of language to guide peoples＇ different interpretations of the event so as to raise readers＇ critical awareness while interpreting news discourse.
