农民市民化的角色问题探析

Investigation in Behavioral Agents Problems of Urban-Rural Comprehensive Planning

随着城乡统筹工作的推进,农民的市民化问题也逐渐提上了日程。但是农民市民化并不是农民的户口解决、户籍制度的改变那么简单,要实现农民的真正市民化关键在于实现行为主体(即农民)本身的转变。文章对农民在城乡统筹中面临的主要问题进行了分析,并对实现农民市民化的措施进行了探讨,以期对现阶段城乡统筹工作的开展提供一定参考。

With the advance of urban - rural comprehensive planning, farmers＇ citizenization are increasingly concerned by people. Citizenization is not only the solution of household register and the change of the population registration system, but also the changes of the behavioral agents （the farmers）. In this paper, it analyzes the main problems that the farmers are faced with in the urban-rural comprehensive planning and investigates the measures for farmers＇ eitizenization so as to provide some suggestion for the current work of urban-rural comprehensive planning.
