摘要
根据先进飞机对实时性和可靠性的要求,设计了基于DSP和FPGA的新型飞机电源控制保护器,DSP实现计算、控制和通信,FPGA对状态和控制信号进行逻辑综合,共同完成PCU对飞机电源的控制保护功能。同时采用嵌入式实时操作系统DSP/BIOS作为系统软件的开发平台,进行实时多任务设计,有效地提高了系统的可靠性和实时生。详细介绍了硬件电路设计、系统软件实现和FPGA模块内部设计。地面试验表明,该保护器能完成任务要求,实时性好,可靠性高,还具有很好的扩展性。
A new type power control unit, which is used to control and protect EPS of aircraft, is designed based on DSP and FPGA to meet the requirements of real-time and reliability of aircraft. DSP is used to calculate, communicate and control, while FPGA is used to implement the logic integration of state and control signal. The real-time muhitask design of system software is based on the Embedded real-time operation system DSP/BIOS. The hardware circuit design, software implement and internal design of FPGA are particularly introduced. Testing indicates that the PCU can implement its function with high reliability and expansibility.
