This paper describes the situation and a few problems about inviting public bidding of intelligent engineering and analyzes the particularity of intelligent building study. In order to standardize the behavior of every stage and to guarantee the quality and quantity about construction engineering, it is necessary to set up the system of earlier stage consult on building intelligent engineering and to heighten the quality and quantity of drawing up documents about inviting public bidding.
