The Discussing to Establish Special Supervision Management System of Intelligent Building System Project Construction

笔者根据多年来专职从事建筑智能化系统行业的规划、设计、施工、评审、验收等实践和体会,在文章中分析了目前建筑智能化系统工程中在设计、施工、监理、检测、验收等环节存在的问题,提出了建立和健全建筑智能化系统工程专项监理的观点。同时,论证了建筑智能化系统工程专项监理应该完成的工作内容和工作任务,论述了建筑智能化系统工程专项监理与项目相关人的关系。

This article is formed from the author＇s long-time practice for intelligent building system in Planning, Designing, Construction, Installation, Syndic and Inspect. It analyzes the problems lie in design, construction, supervision, check-out and inspection. This article presents a solution to solve these entire series problem that to establish and improve a special supervision management system in intelligent building system. Meantime, it describes the constants and tasks of this special supervision must be done and the relationsifip among all the project respecters.
