摘要
本文应用有限元方法研究了QFSN-600-2型汽轮发电机氢气、空气状态下的端部磁场和结构件温度分布。计算的发电机典型运行工况为额定空载、额定负载、额定短路及额定容量0.95PF(进相)工况。本文同时对压圈磁导率对端部磁场及温度的影响进行了研究。本文的分析方法和研究结果将对双水内冷600 MW汽轮发电机的研制提供具有工程价值的科学依据。
In this paper, the magnetic filed and temperature in the region of QFSN-600-2 type turbo-generator is analyzed for the conditions of hydrogen in the generator and air in the generator respectively. The results of typical operation conditions such as no-load, rated-load, short-circuit and 0.95 PF under-excited are calculated. The effect of permeability of press plate on the magnetic and temperature in the end region is also researched in the paper. The research method and results will be helpful to the design of 600MW double water inner cooled turbogenerator.
