摘要
本文介绍了ASME规范第Ⅷ篇第Ⅱ部分的应力强度标准在水轮机蜗壳座环有限元分析中的应用。以该标准为考核依据,可以使计算过程中产生的局部高应力得到合理解释和控制,使蜗壳座环的设计更具经济性。
In this paper, the application of Pressure Vessels Stress Strength on FME Analysis of Hydraulic Turbine Spiral Case and Stay Ring, ASME Code Section Ⅷ Division2, were introduced. This code can be used as check foundation. It can give reasonable explanation to the local high stress produced in the calculation and make the design of Spiral Case and Stay Ring having more effective economic result.
