摘要 台州发电厂7号、8号汽轮发电机系北京汽轮电机有限责任公司与法国阿尔斯通公司(GEC-ALSTHOM)合作生产的330MW发电机组,配有TKJ91-35型旋转无刷式工作励磁机,该类型励磁机运行中经常发生磁极线圈过热烧损现象,严重威胁机组的安全稳定运行。台州发电厂经过多年摸索与实践,对励磁机的风道及油挡等进行了局部改进,在实际运行中取得了良好的效果。 The 330MW Units No.7 and No.8, were manufactured jointly by Beijing Steam Turbine and Generator Co.,Ltd. and GEC-ALSTHOM Company in France. Each unit is equipped with the rotary brushless Exciter TKJ91-35. The magnetic pole coils burnt due to overheating accidents often occurred in the exciter during the unit operation, greatly endanger the stable and safe operation of the unit. Through studies and practice over years, the technicians in Taizhou Power Plant decided to modify the air path and oil seal in the exciter. And good efficiency has been obtained during the unit operation.
