摘要 研究了化学成分,特别是铌含量的增加对铌微合金钢热轧板组织性能的影响;分析了不同的卷取温度对相同铌含量的热轧板组织性能的影响,同时分析比较了卷取温度对低碳钢组织性能的影响。结果表明,铌含量由0.017%增加到0.03%,沉淀强化作用相对于晶粒细化作用更为显著;550℃、600℃、650℃的卷取温度对铌含量0.017%的热轧板组织性能影响不大,同样750℃、550℃卷取温度对成分相近的低碳钢组织性能影响也不大,这对热轧板生产具有一定参考意义。 Effects of chemical composition, especially the Nb increment, on microstructure and mechanical property of hot rolled Nb bearing micro alloy steel were studied. The effect of different coiling temperature on the same content Nb bearing steel, and on the low carbon steel, was analyzed. Results showed that the action of precipitation strengthening was more prominent than that of grain refinement within the Nb content from 0.017% to 0.03%, the coiling temperature of 550℃, 600℃, 650℃ was of little effect on the structure and property of 0.017% Nb hot rolled plates, also the coiling temperature of 750℃, 550℃ was of little effect on the low carbon steel.
