摘要 本文归纳了绩效预算改革的国际背景,提出完善预算绩效评价,推动绩效预算改革夯实基础,实现中央部门与基层单位试点双向推进的改革策略,旨在弥补理论研究的可能或缺,促进绩效预算改革的深入拓展。
