炮采放顶煤工作面矿压规律显现研究

摘要 介绍了庞庄煤矿开采孤岛煤柱958工作面期间采用炮采放顶煤的开采工艺。根据孤岛煤柱厚煤层一次采全高炮采放顶煤工作面矿山压力观测数据,分析了支架初撑力、支架工作阻力、支架阻力增阻等,研究了孤岛煤柱工作面的矿压显现规律,为衰老矿井开采边角残煤中厚煤层工作面受条件限制不能应用综放回采时,采用炮采放顶煤回采工艺提供了可行性依据。 The face 958 in an isolated pillar at Pangzhuang Coal Mine is worked using blasting and top-coal caving method. According to the result of observation of the rock behavior at the thick-seam full-height cutting face, an analysis is made of the setting load, resistance and resistance increment of supports. The result of study on the law of the rock behavior under such a mining condition indicates that the blasting and top-coal caving method can be applied for the recovery of corner or residual coal in medium-thick seam in an old mine if fully-mechanized top-coal caving method is not applicable due to restrictions of conditions.
