国家利益、共有利益与国际责任观--兼论中国国际责任观的构建

National Interest,Shared Interest,and International Responsibility

国际责任是指国际社会某个成员对国际社会在经济、政治、安全、道义等方面所应承担的国际义务及所做出的贡献。现实主义国家利益观不能有效地兼顾内外需求,难以成为国际责任观构建的理论基础。而共有利益概念将国家利益、共有利益和国际责任有机地统一起来,它可以和国家利益一道成为大国国际责任观以及中国国际责任观构建的理念基础。

International responsibility refers to the international obligations and contributions a country should assume for the international community in the aspects of economy, politics, security, morality and justice, etc. The Realist viewpoints on national interest could not satisfy the needs both domestic and abroad. However, the concept of shared interest can unify national interest, shared interest and international responsibility, therefore, along with the concept of national interest, it can become the theoretical basis for constructing the international responsibility outlook of big countries, including China.
