高职医学遗传学课后思考题设计策略

摘要 根据医学遗传学开放式教学的需要,提出了“基本目标和开放目标并重,显性目标和隐性目标并重,短期目标和长期目标并重”的课后思考题设计策略。实施中通过活动体验带动学生思考和探究;通过辩论赛拓展学生思维;通过问题探讨理清学生思路;通过思考题训练学生思维的广阔性;通过撰写小论文紧密联系课堂内外;通过案例分析紧密结合临床实践;通过情境模拟培养学生遗传咨询能力。 According to open teaching needs of medical genetics, the author proposed the design strategies of "paying equal attention to basic goals and open objectives, explicit goals and hidden objectives, and short-term goals and long-term goals" for after-class thinking questions. In its implementation, teachers should guide students to think and explore through activity experiences; expand students’ thinking through debate competition; clarify students’ threads through issue exploration; train students’ broadness of thinking through thinking questions; link classroom teaching with outside activities through guiding students to write small papers; closely combine with clinical practice through case studies; cultivate students’ genetic advisory capacity through situation simulation.
