摘要
将核酸提取工艺与自动控制相结合,研发了 HS9600全自动核酸提取仪。该仪器以机械臂运动控制为核心,结合移液器定量控制与试剂技术,实现了核酸的分离与纯化。文中详细介绍了机械臂位置控制系统、移液器控制系统、温控系统等关键模块的设计方法,并描述了系统软件的功能和设计思想。检测证明该仪器运动控制稳定,可靠性好,提取效果优,自动化程度高。
The HS9600 automatic nucleic acid extracted apparatus has been designed which combine the nucleic acid extracted and automatic controlled technique. This instrument consists of motion control of mechanical arm, pipettor control and reagent box technique, and achieves the nucleic acid separation and purification. The key modules, such as location controlled system of me- chanical arm, pipettor controlled system and temperature controlled system, are introduced in detail. The function and designed idea of applied software are also described in this paper. A series of tests prove this instrument running well, better security, efficient extraction and high automation.
