摘要
解决国际冲突的历史实践表明,仅仅依靠物质手段无法实现国家间长久的和平,必须消除国家间的观念障碍。"情感型"和解与"互动型"和解就是针对两种不同情感障碍的解决模式。在实践中,要根据具体条件和相关因素,来决定使用何种和解模式。
The history practice of solving international conflict shows that it is unable for realizing the last peace only to depend on material means but it is necessary to remove the concept obstruction. ＂Affection type＂ and ＂mutual type＂ compromises are the solving types that aim at the two different obstructions respectively mentioned above. It is necessary to decide which type should be used according to the real conditions and concerned factors.
