循证护理在糖尿病痛性神经病变中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing care in the treatment of painful diabetic neuropathy

目的:探讨循证护理在改善糖尿病痛性神经病变中的应用价值。方法:将86例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者随机分为干预组和对照组各43例。干预组应用循证护理的理论,针对患者具体情况,提出循证问题,寻求最佳护理行为并实施干预,为期1个月;对照组进行常规护理。结果:护理干预后干预组疼痛分值明显下降,神经传导速度及踝-肱指数均有不同程度的改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理能有效缓解糖尿病痛性神经病变患者的疼痛症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高患者生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the value of evidence - based nursing care in improving painful diabetic neuropathy. Methods ： Eighty six patients with painful diabetic neuropathy were divided into intervention group （ n = 43 ） and control group （ n = 43 ） randomly. The optimal nursing intervention was chosen and carried out according to evidence - based nursing theory and patient＇s conditions in intervention group. The intervention last for one month. Routine nursing care was taken in control group. Results： Scores of pain obviously decreased after nursing intervention in intervention group. Peripheral nerve conductive velocity and ankle - brachial index were evidently improved, and there was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Evidence - based nursing care can effectively alleviate patient painful diabetic neuropathy and improve quality of life of patients.
