Introduced a new controller based on expert system. The author integrated the parameter characteristic of PID and the affect made by the feedback error, and designed control circuit for cold implement valve regulating of cold implement. The controller was based on the feedback error, built on the new simulation software PineCAD plat and using cybernetic theory and debugging experience as expertise. With the expert system the control realizes the online adjusting of the parameters and upgrades the results of control.
