边缘瓷技术应用于烤瓷修复中的临床研究

Study on margin porcelain in conventional PFM prosthesis

目的探讨边缘瓷技术应用于常规烤瓷熔附金属修复中的临床效果。方法对252例边缘瓷应用于烤瓷修复体和435例常规烤瓷修复体完成后三年复查,对其颈灰线及边缘封闭性等情况进行观察、分析、讨论。结果两组在颈灰线发生率观察中(P<0.01),有显著性差异;在边缘封闭性观察中(P>0.05),无显著性差异。结论边缘瓷技术的应用基本解决了常规烤瓷熔附金属修复体颈部灰线的发生,且边缘封闭性良好,适宜在临床应用。

Objective To study the application of margin porcelain in conventional PFM prosthesis. Methods 252 cases of PFM prosthesis by using margin porcelain and 435 eases of conventional PFM prosthesis were observed and evaluated in the frequency of cervical blue line and the margin seal of PFM in three years. Results There was statistically significant difference between 2 groups in the frequency of cervical blue line （p 〈 0.01 ）, while there wasn＇ t statistically significant difference in comparing their margin seal of PFM （ p 〉 0.05 ）. Couclusions The application of margin porcelain is recommendable in clinic, which has the clinical characters of good margin seal and make conventional PFM of cervical blue line obviously decreasing .
