高等教育大众化背景下校长办公室职能的建设和强化

The Strengthening and Construction of the Function of President’s Office under the Popularization of Higher Education

校长办公室是学校各项工作的综合协调、统筹组织部门，是学校的中枢机构和窗口，在高等教育大众化背景下发挥着重要作用。本文从校长办公室的职能出发，通过分析高等教育大众化背景下校长办公室工作的特点和存在的问题，提出应强化办公室对内的综合协调职能和积极建设对外的公关职能的建议。

The president＇s office, as the university＇s integrated and coordinate department and centre, plays an important role under the popularization of higher education. According to the analysis on the characteristics and problems of the president＇s office under the popularization of higher education, this article advances a proposal to president＇s office function that including functions of inner strengthening coordination and outer extending public relationship, and so on.
