江苏农村饮水安全现状分析及对策

An Analysis of Present Situations and Countermeasures in Potable Water Security of the Rural Areas in Jiangsu Province

按照建设更高水平小康社会的要求,从江苏农村供水的现状及相关研究出发,分析了农村饮水不安全的人口类型和地区分布,指出了农村饮水不安全的原因。"十一五"期间,基本解决江苏农村饮水不安全的问题,必须要依照统筹规划,保护水源,注重实效,建管并重的原则,落实好组织机构、资金投入、建设管理,注重科技等各项措施。

According to the requirements of constructing a highly well-to-do society, this paper is an attempt to analyze the types and distribution of people who drink unsafe potable water on the basis of present situations and correlative research on the water supply in the rural areas in Jiangsu Province, and point out the unsafe reasons for potable water in the rural areas. During the eleventh five-year plan, in order to solve the problem of unsafe potable water in Jiangsu, it＇s necessary to adhere to the principle of master plan, protect water resources, pay attention to actual effects, construction and management, carry out measures of organization, investment, construction and management, pay attention to science and technologyand so on.
