摘要
素质教育与通识教育是相互区别、相互联系的。中国通识教育的兴起与素质教育的深入开展有关,通识教育可以使素质教育从一个重要的方面变得更为实在;素质教育是中国大学通识教育的灵魂,把握素质教育之精髓可以使通识教育更健康的发展。素质教育的深入,从根基上尚须加强文史哲学科的建设,全方位地深化学校隐性文化的建设,这首先是大学领导集团的使命。
Although guality education and general education are different from each other, they are interrelated. The rising of the general education in China has something with the deep development of quality education, and general education can make quality education more practical from an important aspect. Quality education is the soul of the general education of the universities in China and the mastery of the quintessence of quality education can help general education develop more healthily. With quality education developing in depth, the construction of the humanities should be further strengthened as a base and the hidden culture establishment should be all-rounded deepened. These are firstly the missions of the authorities of universities.
