教授承担本科教学的困境与出路——来自全国八所一流大学的观点 被引量:9

Predicament of professor-undertaking undergraduate teaching and its solutions——Views from eight leading universities

摘要 教授承担本科教学是关系到本科教育质量的一件大事。对全国八所一流大学教授的访谈表明,教授们都很重视本科教学,但现存教师评价体系对教学不重视等原因,影响了教授承担本科教学的积极性。教授们认为,要改变现状,必须从澄清教学与科研观念、改革现行教师评价和教学管理制度、营造重视本科教学的良好氛围等多方面努力。 It is crucial to undergraduate teaching quality that professors undertake under graduate courses. The interviews about the famous professors from eight leading universities show that professors take much count of undergraduate teaching; however, the enthusiasm is constrained under the existing teacher evaluation systems. These professors suggested efforts should be made to change the situation. First, the existing concepts of teaching and research have to be reconstructed. Second, the existing systems about teacher evaluation and teaching management should be reformed. Third, a favorable climate emphasizing undergraduate teaching has to be built.
