摘要
用HPLC法测定中药复方气雾剂喘立停中麻黄碱和伪麻黄碱的含量,双冲程取样器法测定气雾剂中有效成分的微粒分数(FPF)。盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱的平均回收率为100.4%和99.60%,RSD为1.47%和0.72%。随处方中乙醇含量的增加或贮存温度的降低,制品FPF减小。
A HPLC method was adopted for the determination of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in the traditional Chinese medicine aerosol Chuanliting. Two-stage impinger was used to determine the fine particle fraction (FPF) of active ingredient in the metered dose inhaler (MDI). The results showed that the average recoveries of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride were 100.4% and 99.60 % with RSDs of 1.47 % and 0.72 %, respectively. The percentage of FPF was decreased with the increase of ethanol content or the lowering of the stored temperature.
