摘要
通过槽式打浆(荷兰式打浆机)、盘磨磨浆、PFI磨打浆3种方式制备打浆度一定的原纤化Lyocell纤维浆料,并用此浆料制备了Lyocell纤维纸。通过测定浆料保水值、纤维长度分布、纸张透气度、孔径等指标,分析了打浆方式对原纤化Lyocell纤维的结构、形态以及纸张性能的影响。研究结果表明,槽式轻刀打浆Lyocell纤维原纤化结构丰富,其保水值最高且纤维长度最长,分别为73.7%和1.35mm(数均长度)。Lyocell纤维的原纤尺寸在几十纳米到几百纳米之间,具有巨大的长径比,用此原纤化纤维制备的纸张具有丰富的迷宫孔结构,其孔径最小,透气度最大,分别为4.7μm和623mL/min。
Three types of Lyocell pulps with certain beating degree were prepared by Valley beater, single-disk refiner and PFI mill separately ,and then were made into paper sheets. Based on the measurements of water retention value of the pulp, fiber length distribution, permeability and pore size of the sheet, the influence of beating processes on the morphology and structure of Lyocell fiber and sheet properties was studied. The results showed that Lyocell pulp prepared by Valley beater has rich fibrillation structure, the highest WRV (73.7%)and the longest fiber length(Arithmetic average length(1.35 mm).The diameter of fibrillars of Lyocell fiber are some dozens to hundreds of nanometer and the fibrillars have great aspect ratio. Paper made of these superfine fibrillars has labyrinth-like pore structure. The results also showed that paper made of Lyocell pulp beaten in Valley beater has the smallest pore size of 4.7 μm, and the largest permeability of 623 mL / min.
