摘要
自2006年12月20日,银监会发布农村金融市场进一步开放的新政,至2007年10月13日,试点工作在全国范围内铺开,新型农村金融机构在各项相关政策推动下蓬勃发展,至今已有40余家新机构成立,其对于农村金融市场的积极意义不言而喻。然而在其发展过程中,也呈现了一些值得关注的问题。
From December 20th 2006, when China banking regulatory commission issued the new policy about ulteriorly opening rural financial market, to October 13th 2007, there came forth more than forty new institutions in our country, the positive meaning to rural financial market was selexplaining. However, in the process of its development, there was some suspectable problem.
