苯酚生产中助剂的研究开发

摘要 为寻找苯酚生产中质优价廉的助剂,经过试验,选择混二胺替代甲基戊撑二胺。针对两种胺进行中和及除杂质比较,从产品的外观、结晶点、水分含量和溶解度等指标进行对比,并进行低温使用条件的试验。结果表明,混二胺的中和能力及除杂质能力与甲基戊撑二胺相同,完全可以替代甲基戊撑二胺用于苯酚生产。 For a less costly and higher-quality additive for phenol production, mixed diamines were selected by experiment as the substitute for methyl pentadiamine. Comparison was made between the two amines with respect to neutralization and impurities-removing ability, as well as the appearance, crystallization point, moisture content and solubility of the product. Tests were also made for application of the additive at low temperature. It was concluded that the mixed diamines had the same neutralization and impurities-removing ability comparable to those of methyl pentadiamine and could be used as a substitute of methyl pentadiamine in phenol production.
