摘要
介绍了用浮选的方法降低铝土矿中硫的含量,以碳酸钠为pH调整剂,六偏磷酸钠为抑制剂,硫化钠和硫酸铜为活化剂,丁基黄药和戊基黄药为捕收剂,对高硫铝土矿进行开路和闭路反浮选除硫实验研究,取得了硫含量为0.27%,产率为97.46%的低硫铝土矿精矿;同时获得硫含量为27.44%,硫回收率为72.60%的高硫尾矿的实验指标。
The paper presents a reverse flotation process to reduce the Sulfur content of bauxite. In the experimental investigation of open and close circuit, high grade bauxite containing sulfur was floated by using Na2CO3 as pH regulator, (NaPO3)6 as depressor, Na2S and CuSO4 as activator, butylxanthate and amyl- xanthate as collector. After the flotation, a bauxite concentrate with 0.27 % sulfur was produced, the yield of bauxite concentrate reaches 97.46 %. At the same time a tailing containing as high as 27.44 % sulfur was obtained and the recovery rate of sulfur in the tailing reaches 72. 60%.
