摘要
回转窑是氧化铝烧结法生产线的核心设备,而传动大齿圈可以说是回转窑运转的心脏部件.该项研究解决了又好又快地完成传动大齿圈的更换或翻面的问题,我们通过分析研究,制定实施了详细的齿圈组装方案及制作各种专用组装工具,取得了较为理想的效果。
The rotary kiln is the COre equipment in Sintering process production, but the transmission gear ring is the pith of the rotary kiln. After analysis and research, we can complete the replacement of transmission gear ring or truns hostile in quick and good manner. In the meantime, we set up detail assembly program of gear ring with special tools, achieving satisfactory results.
